  1. I had hail damage so the insurance company said I needed a new roof – I went with a new contractor I knew nothing about – He delivered the following shingles to my home to be installed – Heritage asphalt shingles – shadow series – can you tell me if this is a good shingle. The contractor didn’t give me an itemized list of what he was doing and prices – 3 men came out today to install them – they removed my 13 year old (25 year old shingles) from main roof and installed these Heritage shingles – Can you tell me what they should have cost for 2076.03 surface area and 239.14 Total Perimeter length? Insurance adj. had on their estimate that plus 20.76 number of squares and 64.14 total ridge length – I don’t know what this all means – I am 81 years old. Can you tell me if these are good shingles? Low quality or high quality? thank you
